John Vincent Coulter was born in 1961 to the couple Nell husbands Martin, a wife of an agent with the F.B.I. The couple is of Irish and German roots. She was employed at an agency called the United States Court of Appeals in Kansas as a clerk following her law degree. It was a brief stint in the government after which she relocated into New York City. When she started her new job she was promoted to corporate lawyer. In 1998, she appeared featured on T.V. It was known because of her numerous performances on T.V. discussing the impeachment and scandal of Bill Clinton.
